El Cine y Teatro Gral. Urquiza esta ubicado en la Ciudad de San José, Provincia de Entre Rios. Re-abrio sus puertas el 24 de noviembre de 2012.
Al dia de hoy cuenta con una capacidad para 230 espectadores.
La sala esta climatizada (frio-calor) Cuenta con un proyector de cine 35mm y sonido Dolby digital 5.1 y muy pronto contara con un sistema de proyeccion en 3D.
Semanalmente se llevan a cabo funciones de cine y de teatro, recibiendo espectadores de la localidad de San Jose, Colon, Villa Elisa, Liebig, y Ubajay entre otras.
Tambien se llevan a cabo actividades culturales y sociales de la ciudad.
